1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

All return requests must be approved by PcNexusTech before sending the product back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-built Gaming PCs configured according to customer specifications.
• Products that have been opened, used, or physically damaged after delivery.
• Software, digital products, or downloadable items.
• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4. Exchanges

If a product is defective or damaged, we may offer:

• Replacement of the same product.
• Exchange for a similar product (subject to availability).
• Assistance with manufacturer warranty claims.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. However:

• Custom Gaming PC orders cannot be cancelled once assembly has begun.
• Advance payments for custom builds may be non-refundable once parts are procured.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Warranty Support

Most products are covered under official manufacturer warranty. PcNexusTech will assist customers with warranty claim procedures where applicable.
